If I could somehow rate Dan higher than A, I would. From the very beginning he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job of taking our wishlist and knowing which neighborhoods and houses might appeal to us. He was ALWAYS incredibly responsive and truly cared about making sure we made a good purchase.
After showing us several houses in one day and working with multiple other clients he went the extra mile to submit a late night offer so that our chances of acceptance were maximized. I was and am continually impressed with Dan’s dedication to his profession and his clients. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. He was great to work with on a personal level and most importantly, thorough in everything we did. Because of Dan, we had no hesitations or questions when it came time to close. He even went above and beyond to ensure we closed on time. You could tell his effort was a reflection of his desire to genuinely help us and do well at a profession he’s obviously passionate about. He excelled at both. Again, I cannot recommend him highly enough.
